Golf Cart/ATV Policy

All golf carts must be registered at the campground office. No one under the age of 16 is allowed to operate a vehicle without adult accompaniment. All golf carts and ATV's must be parked one hour after the conclusion of events at Ogilvie Raceway. Any violation of this or any high speed/horseplay will result in confiscation of the vehicle for the entire weekend. The vehicle will be available upon departure.

Quiet Time

Quiet time is effective 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. each night. During this time music and all other noise rendering devices must be kept at a low level. We are not discouraging the enjoyment of others as you sit around your campfire and enjoy a night of relaxation, but please be mindful of others around you.

Extra Units/Tents On Site

The camping fee is for one camping unit. There is no fee for the children of paying guests. There will be an additional non-hookup site fee charged for additional adults and/or their children. (Children are considered the ages of 17 and under)

Reservations

Reservations can be made over the phone. Sundown Campground accepts cash, check, VISA or MasterCard. Reservations will be held for seven days without payment and will become void if payment is not received within the seven days.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made seven days prior to your arrival date and a full refund minus $5.00 handling fee will be returned. You may also use your payment towards a future stay in the current calendar year. NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be granted for "NO SHOWS". Sundown Campground is not responsible for weather or anything that may affect a reservation and the cancellation policy will be strictly enforced.

Dump Service

There is a $2.00 per dump fee for any guests staying on the grounds. There is a $5.00 fee for all drive-by dumps.
